Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Finance (FP&A), the Senior Finance Manager will act as a key finance partner supporting Restaurant Associates, Levy, and Chefs Hall. This role provides an excellent opportunity to drive the development and implementation of processes in a dynamic environment to achieve top and bottom line growth. Responsibilities include overseeing weekly flash reporting, monthly reporting/analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating closely with operational teams to manage financial results, strategy, and portfolio optimization. The Senior Finance Manager will play an instrumental role in helping the sector achieve its financial targets and will have visibility to senior leaders within the sector and across functions.
If you were to come on board as our Senior Manager, Finance we would ask you to do the following for us:
- Prepare weekly flash reports, conduct variance analysis against targets, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist the sector President with various adhoc analyses, leveraging strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Generate monthly reports to analyze unit performance, prepare sector packs, and develop period decks for senior leadership.
- Monitor risks and opportunities within the sector, collaborating with teams to identify mitigation plans and drive growth initiatives.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to presentations for senior leadership to articulate financials clearly and concisely.
- Track Capital requests (CAR) versus budgets, coordinate CAR approvals, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Lead project work as needed, maintaining project plans to ensure positive outcomes, including process streamlining, system implementations, and margin expansion projects.

- 5+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in FP&A, demonstrating a track record of driving financial growth.
- CPA or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of financial principles and reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of JDE ERP or other large ERP and reporting tools, enhancing efficiency in financial processes.
- Food industry background preferred, providing context for financial analysis and decision-making.
- Proficient in Excel and numerical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and produce accurate reports and results.
- Experience leading or supporting complex projects such as process streamlining, system implementations, margin expansion projects, and RFPs, showcasing the ability to drive positive outcomes and influence decision-making.
