Job description

Bargaining Unit: SEIU HERITAGE
Status: Part Time
Department: Nursing Patient Care
Site: St. Joseph's Heritage
Shifts: Nights including weekends
Rate of Pay: $30.46 - $31.92 per hour

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Ability to work at full scope
• Pharmacology certificate
• CPR certificate
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communications skills
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position and exercise good judgment
• Must have an understanding and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly
• Ability to be flexible and work on either unit based on clients' needs
• Demonstrated regular attendance at work

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions
