Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Windsor, ON

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling manufacturing activities, overseeing product handling, and maintaining effective communication with our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Schedule manufacturing activities based on customer releases to optimize inventory and ensure prompt delivery
- Assign work to direct reports and maintain regular communication to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee product handling processes to prevent damage and ensure proper storage in designated areas
- Ensure the production floor is equipped with appropriate work instructions and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with IATF 16949/ISO requirements,Health and Safety legislation and Significant Environmental Aspects including: Propane (LiftTruck Fuel); Surplus Resource Utilization/Energy Use; Waste Management; Use of Hazardous Materials (WHMIS)
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Proficient Computer Skills
