Job description

Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Bromont

We are searching for a Technical Support Specialist to join our client's team. You will be working on support issues, setting up work stations, upgrading systems, password reset, ServiceNow ticketing systems in place.

Skills and requirements:

- 2 years of experience in support
- Experience setting up work stations, updating systems, password reset, basic connectivity, Active directory accounts
- Experience with a ticketing system highly regarded, working with ServiceNow
- Bilingual to communicate with offices across Canada
- Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
- Availability to be on-call one week out of 3
