Dovre Canada Limited is pleased to offer the following opportunity: Electrical Engineering Technician, located in St. John’s, NL

Our client specializes in delivering technology and services allowing automated precision control, visualization, data management and communications to several sectors in Newfoundland and Labrador. If you have skills in any of the following and are residents of the province, please send us your resume:

• Process control systems
• Fire & gas systems
• Emergency shutdown systems
• SCADA & HMI systems
• Material procurement
• Electrical & control panel design & manufacturing
• Instrumentation, motion control & sensor packages
• Instrumentation & electronics calibrations

Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: oil and gas, mining, power, industrial or municipal would be an asset.
• Customer facing experience.

Other

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple competing jobs effectively.

Other Relevant Information

• Willingness to be assigned to field service and/or offshore operations on a short term or long-term basis.
• Available to work overtime and weekends when required.
