Job description
We are currently looking for a receptionist for a reputable company in Kirkland. This position is a temporary contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension. This person will be required to do various tasks throughout their day.  The receptionist will be able to wear many hats in the company. 
 Advantages 
 Monday-Friday 6:45AM-2:45PM 
 Salary $20-25/hr (based on experience)
 Contract for 3 months with possibility of extension 
 Work for a leader in the industry 
 Responsibilities 
 Meeting and greeting clients. 
 Booking meetings. 
 Arranging couriers. 
 Keeping the reception area tidy. 
 Answering and forwarding phone calls. 
 Screening phone calls. 
 Sorting and distributing post 
 Qualifications 
 Must be perfectly bilingual English/ French (Written and Spoken)
 Good communication skills 
 Administrative experience 
 Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook ) 
 Have experience dealing with customers 
 Might have some translation involved 
 Filing, scanning and emails
