Job Title - Bilingual Customer Service Representative

What's the job?
-Answering incoming calls from internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
-Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Utilizing proficiency in Excel to manage and update customer information and records accurately.
-Demonstrating the ability to multi-task effectively while handling multiple customer interactions accurately.
-Comfortably navigating and utilizing various computer applications and systems to assist customers efficiently.

What's needed?
-Fluent in both French and English (Verbal and Written)
-Proven experience in customer service or a related field
-Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
