McCrea Excavating Ltd. is a family-owned business that has been serving Eastern Ontario for multiple decades. All our services and equipment are backed by the reputation of high quality, personable and reliable services. Our services include excavating, civil construction, aggregates, float services, rock breakers, landscaping, septics, snow removal, and sand, gravel and topsoil.

We are currently recruiting for a Stone Slinger Operator. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. Seasonal and year-round positions are available.

The Stone Slinger Operator transports aggregate to various job sites and assists with the loading and unloading at the site. Job tickets and inspection forms are submitted to the supervisor daily, and the vehicle is also kept clean and maintained through daily inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Experience is an asset
• Knowledge of the concrete and construction industry
• Willing to work overtime as required
• Safety conscious at all times
• Able to operate both a manual and automatic transmission truck
• Must be willing to travel
