Job description
Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Business Analyst II for an 8-month contract located in Waterloo. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst II with a financial services background. This is currently a work from home position, with the potential to move to a hybrid in the future.
As a Business Analyst II your duties will include but not be limited to:Investigating, advising, and implementing workflow optimizations to improve the quality of service and the efficiency of operational business processes.
Obtaining extensive data with the purpose of identifying and resolving problems.
Identifying and conveying issues, conducting interviews with business and technical specialists is necessary.
Bachelors degree
Superior organizational skills
Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability
