Key Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, A Member of The Key Auto Group, is seeking a Business Development Centre (BDC) Representative.
The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is a customer service oriented individual who can communicate in a clear efficient way and is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's service department goals. In addition, BDC Representatives are responsible for following up with current owners to ensure warranty and regular maintenance are scheduled as required.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Driving traffic for the sales department by setting appointments for prospective customers.
- Making inbound and outbound calls.
- Updating customer information.
- Following up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Providing outstanding and courteous customer service assistance either electronically or over the phone.
-Directing customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
The BDC Representative must be comfortable with extended periods of sitting and computer use as well as technology systems with a drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
