Looking to hire a Glass and Aluminum Service Technician that is located in the Port Coquitlam, BC area!
We are in need of someone with at least 3+ years' experience in this industry and a background in Glazing as this job works closely with materials that need a bit of background knowledge. WE WILL TRAIN!! You will get the chance to travel daily with our team, offering services for construction sites and for in-home requests! We are wanting someone driven, with great customer service skills who will represent our brand proudly. Daily duties include ordering of materials including glass as required, some paperwork including time sheets, there will be drawings and floor plan and frequent service inventory checks. Day Shift: Monday to Friday
Time: 6:30AM- 3:30PM (hour lunch)
Wage: up to 65k+ to start depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, both at those job-sites and in their home-site
- Represent our company as field staff bearing our brand and maintaining a professional image and demeanor.
- Complete necessary paperwork relating to the job-specific requirements of a Service Technician including time sheets, recording progression, marking up drawings and floor plans
- Service inventory, and parts orders including glass as required
- Disposal of recycling or waste when required
- Onsite travel daily from location to location and even in-home bookings
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness while on task
Qualifications
- Having a Red Seal Glazier ticket is not a must but can be a huge asset to this role
- 3-5 years Experience working in construction and ideally the glazing trade
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to new conditions in collaboration with the team
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to alternate construction methods
- You MUST have a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles
- Critical thinker and can work alone or very closely with a small family team
- You are located in the Port Coquitlam, BC area- this role is hiring right away!
