Responsibilities:
- Prospect new team members
- Follow online training, compliance
- Attend company wide training calls
- Build long lasting relationships
- Touch base with dedicated trainer
- Create and review marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a similar field
- Strong interest in personal growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivates, big thinker to create success for yourself
