Job Summary and Role Overview: The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes managing employee changes, facilitating onboarding and offboarding and running reports. The HR Administrator will also provide support on HR project within the Canadian Business Unit and assist with employee inquiries directed to the HR department. 

More About You: As a self-starter, you are accountable, organized, and detailed oriented. The HR Administrator will help support the Human Resources Business Partner Canada on all HR initiatives and programs. 

 

Main Duties Include:

• Degree or certificate in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in HR is an asset
• Strong organization, communication, customer service and decision-making skills.
• Proven high-level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to process high volumes of information and documentation with accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information and quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other computer applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong regard for integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
