Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Downtown Montreal

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented team player with a passion for exceptional client service? Then this hybrid Executive Assistant role with our global consulting firm might be the perfect fit for you!

What you'll do:

- Provide superior administrative and case-related support to 3-4 senior professionals, adapting to their individual work styles
- Manage their calendars , coordinating internal and external meetings
- Organize meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics and preparing agendas, presentations, and materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, visas, and managing expense reports
- Maintain confidential contacts and files, both physical and electronic
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents on behalf of the Partners, including letters, memos, emails, presentations, and more
- Collaborate with the Office Administration and Operations team to provide seamless support

What you bring:

- At least 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Admin Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-service focus
- Organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and trustworthiness, able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity
- Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the professional services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
- Bilingualism with exceptional translation skills to be able to work with head office in the US
