Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Downtown Montreal
- Competitive salary up to $100K based on experience + 15% bonus

What you'll do:- Provide superior administrative and case-related support to 3-4 senior professionals, adapting to their individual work styles
- Manage their calendars , coordinating internal and external meetings
- Organize meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics and preparing agendas, presentations, and materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, visas, and managing expense reports
- Maintain confidential contacts and files, both physical and electronic
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents on behalf of the Partners, including letters, memos, emails, presentations, and more
- Collaborate with the Office Administration and Operations team to provide seamless support
