Job Title: Cook

Number of positions: One (3)

Job Schedule: Full-time 32-40 hours/week

Salary: $14/hour

Education/Certification required: 2-3 Years experience or Diploma/Trade
Certification/Apprenticeship
Food Safety Certificate

Job :
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Prepare and cook special meals for patron as instructed by chef/manager.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
May set up and oversee buffets.
May clean kitchen and work area.
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
May hire and train kitchen staff.

Candidate :
Must have excellent work ethic;
Must work quickly and efficiently with min. supervision;
Candidates must be flexible and available to work all shifts.

Language: Able to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Vietnamese is an asset.
