Contract Position - One Year

Purpose:

The Procurement Analyst supports the Procurement team and the organization, ensuring the timely and accurate inputting of data in our systems, as well as directly supporting their peers in many different tasks, which will always lead to an upward learning curve.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manages the Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order flows in the e-Procurement tool.
• Stores and maintains data in the system.
• Executes tasks, aligned with local procurement procedures and global guidelines.
• Assists Procurement peers in the automated purchase order delivery process, including interactions with teams in other locations.
• Performs other purchasing or inventory control duties as necessary or as requested.
• Supports other departments, to resolve all issues relevant to the suppliers and procurement process.
• Obtains prices from vendors, through Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
• Acts as facilitator in system-related issues.

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Requires a degree or diploma (or studying) in business management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Must have thorough understanding of Office package applications, focusing on Excel.
• Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
• Very high ethical standards with energetic embracement of company's value as way to operate internally and externally.

COMPENSATION: Contract position, one year, full time, salaried position with an attractive benefits package.
