Job description
C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc. seeks a dynamic Accounts Payable Clerk with strong organizational skills. Reporting to the Paralegal/Office Manager, they'll handle high-volume transactions, meet deadlines, and ensure departmental efficiency. Must be self-confident, extroverted, and determined.
JOB TASKS
- Handle invoices for services and goods
- Produce weekly payments for group companies
- File invoices and other necessary documents
- Keep track of all payments and expenses
- Check and balance financial records
- Keep historical records
- Answer vendor questions
- Prepare account analyses and monthly reports
- Work on improving payment processes
- Perform any additional duties given
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work and communicate independently, efficiently, and as a team
- Fluently bilingual (French and English) both written and spoken
- Secondary school diploma
- Ability to take initiative and to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
