Job description
Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with agents, advisors and clients
-Lead the daily administrative operations of the firm
-Work closely with Life Insurance Agents, Investment Advisors and clients while providing support utilizing diverse perspectives, ideas and experiences.
-Direct administrative support to one or more advisor/agents
-Scheduling meetings and preparation
-Executing detailed transactions
About you:
-Industry related experience (banking, investments, insurance or financial services)
-University or College Degree or combinations of education work experience
-Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
-A love for accuracy with a high attention to detail
-Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
-Confident decision maker
