Job description
As the Sales Coordinator your role will be to support the Sales team to drive sales via new business development and establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through effective customer relationships in both Public and Private sector Healthcare environments.
- You will have a proven track record in this field, possessing strong commercial acumen, new business development and closure experience and have an in-depth understanding of the importance of customer service. A key driver to the success of this position will be the implementation of Digital solutions to support the commercial activity. Monitor sales and use relevant software to produce detailed analysis and sales reports, interpret them and make recommendations
- Contribute to the development of new programs to improve and monitor the progress of action plans for the sales team;
- Participate in the development of new markets and applications using the appropriate methods and tools (telemarketing, appropriate software, cold-calling, etc.);
- Follow-up on agreements at risk (expiring), and agreements to be renegotiated (which the client does not want to renew automatically);
- Write bids and proposals;
- Participate in the preparation of the price increase program and organize the communication of price increases to clients and account executives;
- Support the Account Executives through training and coaching on the various tools (Sales Force, airliquide.ca, etc.);
- Work with his/her team and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes.

Are you a MATCH?
- You have a Bachelor degree in administration, marketing or any other relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- You are familiar with Oracle OBIEE (or other ERP), Power BI, Sales Force (or other CRM) and Google applications (Sheets and Slides) or MS Office (Excel and PPT).
- You have knowledge of the welding industry (an asset).
- You are recognized for your customer orientation, your autonomy and your organizational skills.
