Job description

Position: Human Resources Generalist
Contract: Permanent
Work mode: Hybrid
Location: Dorval

Our partner, a pioneer in the ventilation industry in Dorval, is looking for their next colleague for their HR team. The company is aiming for major growth over the next few years. You'll be playing a key role in human resources, mainly for customers based in the United States. Your knowledge of American laws and HR standards (New York State) would be a great asset.

Responsibilities
What you would be expected to do on a daily basis in this position:

-Welcoming and integrating new employees.
-Onboarding management.
-Performance and disciplinary management.
-Take charge of certain recruitment activities and coordinate agencies.
-Change management activities.

-Organization of social activities within the company.

Qualifications
-3 to 5 years' experience in human resources
-HR work experience in the USA
-Fluency in English, as the internal clientele will be mainly based in the United States.
