Job Description
In a formal expansion of our operations team, EukaPay is seeking a Financial Operations Manager. This individual will play a vital role in our mission, enhancing our financial processes and maintaining regulatory compliance amidst the evolving cryptocurrency ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for technology and compliance integration.
The ideal candidate for this role is a fast-learner, technical, and problem-solving individual who is passionate about trading, capital markets, data management, finance, and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communications: Manage communications with clients, providing updates on account statuses, and resolving inquiries with professionalism. Being connected, responsive, and insightful is the name of the game.
- Trading: Execute trades quickly on our front-desk, capture and manage mid-office trade data, and analyze market trends to maximize company revenue.
- Banking Management: Manage banking functions, relationships with financial institutions, enhancing service and efficiency.
- Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to optimize financial health.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, management reports, and analyses to aid strategic decision-making.
- Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, preparing detailed reports as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in financial operations, including regulatory reporting, treasury, and banking management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting.
- Experience in trading and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional client communication and relationship management abilities.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial operations role or similar.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Prior crypto or payments industry experience
- Prior experience in financial services, banking or capital markets.
- Experience in program/project management
