PAYROLL LEAD

 

OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Lead to oversee all aspects of payroll processing and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll team, implementing efficient payroll procedures, resolving any issues or discrepancies, and continuously improving payroll processes.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll department
• Ensure that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Work with other departments to ensure that payroll information is accurate and up-to-date
• Stay up-to-date on the latest payroll regulations and trends

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll software and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
