We are actively looking to hire a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team! The role of this team is to ensure adherence to the sales commission and compensation rules. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Compensation Execution, you will be part of a team of compensation specialists to ensure that our agents are receiving the correct new business production and commission on a policy level.
