Role Summary:
As a Integrated Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and will develop and manage comprehensive traditional and omni channel strategies. You are digitally savvy and have a solid understanding of online and offline marketing programs. You are an excellent communicator who can take on strategic plans and analytical data. You have excellent account management skills and can deliver performance driven solutions leveraging a wide range of marketing tactics. You enjoy being client facing and can develop a personal and professional rapport with them.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships and manage the overall account management process for your assigned accounts.
- You will leverage a wide range of proprietary and 3rd party tools to produce data driven deliverables.
- Work with clients to develop and implement their Omni channel projects.
- Organize and lead client presentation, in person meetings, conferencing call, on site visits etc.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Deliver monthly reporting of account performance, providing insightful analysis, recommendations and opportunities to meet goals and KPI’s
- Proactively manage your clients and anticipate issues and develop solution focused recommendations.
- Responsible for ensuring projects/campaigns are executed accurately, effectively and within budget and timelines.
- Partner with the clients and quickly understand their business and industry.
- Thrilling our customers and partners with in-depth product knowledge and agile servicing strategies
- Owning and managing a set of high-potential accounts
- Retaining and managing customer accounts with delightful, insightful and strategic servicing
- Establish project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from subject-matter experts; examining and recommending changes to current business practices
- Works with client and internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
Requirements:
- Self starter, with the ability to identify and manage day to day priorities.
- Experience working in fast paced environment managing multiple clients.
- University or College diploma in related field with 5+ years’ experience.
- Great Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills.
- Working knowledge in Paid Search, Display and Remarketing is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Social and Marketing Automation is preferred.
- Working knowledge of search or social network marketing and advertising is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proven track record of success.
- A positive personality and enjoy initiating, directing and managing accounts- including the planning, sow creation, budgeting, timelines and marketing activities.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present in person/web conferencing.
- 5-6 years client-facing experience in Canada
- Having supported clients for Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Digital Marketing including Web Development, Digital Campaigns, Social Media strategies
- 5 years agency experience and project execution is a must
- Clear experience of Agency/Project Management full life-cycle of project delivery
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients and building a book of business with revenue retention targets and accurate delivery
- Great attitude, and remarkable ability to build rapport in initial conversation and throughout client lifecycle
- Professional oral and written communicator
- Negotiation skills should be second nature
- Ability to work in hyper fast-paced environment
- Positive and progressive thinker, even in moments of ambiguity
- Superior organization and prioritization skills, along with focused attention to detail
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Canada
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience omni channel within an agency
- Experience managing relationships with clients or vendors
- Highly collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent integrated account management skills with a strong ability to prioritize
- Familiarity of current technology, trends and best practices in omni marketing
- Strong MS Office skills
