WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection and resolution of disputes to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve collections disputes efficiently.
• Stay updated on changes in collection practices and processes, proactively flagging at-risk accounts.
• Support collections activities across portfolios as needed to meet cash flow targets.
• Assist in other projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing cash collections processes and practices.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• 3-5 years of extensive collections experience, preferably in a global B2B setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with sales and external customers.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Excel.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing environment.
• Desire to learn and contribute to a culture of resilience and collaboration.
• Accredited Credit and Collections program or equivalent work experience.
