Job description

Our client in Vaudreuil in the import/export industry is looking for a well-organized multi-tasker to assist with their documentation chain process. Do you have strong attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills? Then this is a job for you!

The candidate is not required to have experience in this field as there will be training but must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities
Requesting and reviewing documents from vendors
Sending documents to clients
Creating and filling out documents & uploading documents online
Maintaining documentation systems
Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Qualifications
Be able to work with a high-volume of documents in a fast-paced environment

Be autonomous, well organized and detail oriented
Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Fluent in English and French. Functional Spanish/Chinese is considered an asset
An enthusiastic self-starter willing to work in an exciting team environment
