With our recent launch of Klickbook, our cloud-based booking and inventory management software, and we’re looking to have a company project coordinator who will contribute to the growth of our strategic business objectives.

OPPORTUNITY

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in our customer care initiatives to ensure that Milano provides the best support for our customers through ongoing education and presentation of new features and functionalities of our software suite. You must possess great communication skills and fluent in English and able to work in a fast paced environment. You will be working closely with our product specialists, support team, senior stakeholders as well as our sales and marketing departments to gain full insights into our products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Customer Engagement Team working at the center of premium business development software in the technology sector.
