Currently, we are looking for a Customer Services Representative Supervisor NOC 62023 for our business operations in the province of Saskatchewan. The position will report at the office in Regina, SK. This is a full-time & permanent position with 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position will report to business principal.
As a Customer Services Representative Supervisor in the recruitment services company, you will perform the following duties:
Conduct performance reviews, Co-ordinate, assign and review work,
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies, Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports etc.
