Job description

A&W Victoria, in BC, is now seeking full and part time Kitchen Crew for our Government Street location (1023 Government Street).

Wage: $16.85 

Job Type: Full-time, part-time, temporary, or leading to permanent if desired. Work includes various shifts (Days, Evenings and Weekends).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, paying attention specifically to the correct handling of raw proteins, such as beef, pork, eggs, chicken, fish.

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.

• Prepare foods following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.

• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep-fat fryers.

• Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions.

• Clean, stock, and restock workstations.

• Wash, cut, and prepare.

• Receive delivery of supplies.
