Job description
The incumbent will carry out the tasks assigned to him / her by the Company’ Board of Directors related to the recruitment of foreign teaching staff. The incumbent should have a high level of knowledge of effective pedagogy and experience working with international curriculum in an additional language teaching setting. The incumbent will be expected to conduct formal interviews to assess candidates’ suitability in addition to being involved in other aspects of the recruitment process. The incumbent will also be assigned a teaching schedule in accordance with their workload and the needs of the Company. Job description:
- Work with the Human Resources and Academic departments to understand current staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ ability and suitability for available roles within the company.
- Provide and catalogue detailed feedback regarding candidates interviewed.
- Work with other members of the HR team to continually develop and improve the company’s recruitment process.
- Teach English, Maths and Science for students from Primary to High school level;
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans based on the curriculum plans provided.
Job requirements: - Be a native-speaker and hold a valid passport from English-speaking countries;
- Have completed a four-year program university (B.A., B.S., et cetera);
- Have an accredited TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate;
- Have a clear background check;
- Possess qualities of diligence, flexibility, open-mindedness, cultural sensitivity and patience;
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching internationally;
- Experience in academic management and/or academic recruitment is a plus.
