Now, on their behalf, we are recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a part of the Project Management & Software Solutions department, The Business Systems Analyst will offer service excellence to customers with respect to sophisticated software applications, while maintaining, configuring, and protecting system integrity and data, and leading quality improvement initiatives to proactively advance the use and features of the applications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provides software expertise to the organization. Working closing with corporate subject matter experts in Clinical Services, Finance, Brand, , Culinary, Service Excellence, and Operational Teams identifying risk and benefits of various options with all possible implications outlined;
• Contribute to the design of the software applications, including procedures, and best practices for the administration and use of the platforms.
• Perform data analysis on the platforms to identify risks, trends, and opportunities where the systems and/or data can add further value to the organization, through functional changes, integration, reporting/decision support or user support;
• Research and introduce new features or new technologies that may solve business leader problems.

Qualifications will include:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably Computer Science with a major in Information Science or equivalent work experience;
• 2+ years of experience in a technical role of gathering and converting user defined requirements into optimized business processes and best practices;
• Strong knowledge of system administration of enterprise-based planning systems, project management, system performance, data analysis, data management and presentation skills, privacy and security law;
• Strong attention to detail that you'll use to manage configuration, access, security, and privacy of confidential data while maintaining integrity and confidentiality of personal health information within the Domains of Practice ;
• Experience with health data management or health system management would be considered an asset;
• Maintains skills, knowledge, and expertise through mandatory Continuing Professional Education (CPE);
• Seeks alternative ways to increasing efficiency and reducing cost and minimize errors;
• Displays high standards of ethical conduct. Exhibits honesty and integrity;
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing, considering the audience and the nature of the information;
• Displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently;
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently while demonstrating responsible behaviour and attention to detail.
