$19-25 / hour

The starting rate for this position is $19 / hour, pay may vary based on experience. Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

• Ensure the smooth operation of assigned location.
• Supervise and assist in the preparation and cooking of large quantities of food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specifications.
• Assist in the training of all kitchen associates on operation of equipment and food production.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared as per recipe.
• Be responsible for i nventory management of all products prepared in the assigned location.
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

• Individuals who are enrolled in or a graduate of a Culinary Management program or equivalent experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen environment.
• Cake decorating experience is required.
• Experience in baking pastries. 
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset. 
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
