Specific Responsibilities Include: - Develop and implement warehouse sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Meet with customers face-to-face to develop relationships and expand business opportunities
- Use Pipedrive CRM to track and manage accounts
- Provide regular detailed sales reports
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
- Develop and communicate revenue targets and individual sales goals to management
What We’re Looking For Includes: - Proven track record of success in a senior warehouse sales role
- Extensive experience in business development, client retention, and revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM software for managing accounts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
