As an Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with established procedures. You will work closely with various departments to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including overseeing all production activities and managing process improvement projects. Additionally, you will manage production, purchasing, and planning personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Manage the production department, including planners, buyers, warehouse, and machining operations, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
Continually identify and manage process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage inventory to meet demand while maintaining optimum levels, ensuring timely production and delivery of quality products.
Maintain communication between sales, production, and engineering departments to ensure that quality products and service are provided to the customer.
Oversee ERP system transactions to ensure that they match all physical transactions, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Create and analyze reports to identify potential issues, automate processes, and reduce inefficiencies, contributing to operational excellence.
Perform other duties as required by management to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in sales, production, operations, and leadership roles.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
Strategic thinker
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and ERP systems.
Experience in managing production and machining operations in a manufacturing environment.
