ABOUT THE JOB

?Responsible for the smooth Shorex operations- from start to end (operations, staff and contact person for Shorex Ship Manager)

?Being physically present at the port on days of operation, prepare for arrival of the cruise ship guests.

?Meet with pier staff and assign tasks: loading of coaches, collecting tickets, greeting & directing guests to proper line up area etc.

?Ensure all buses are ready, lined up and in the correct place and arrange all signage according to dispatch sheet.

?Brief all drivers to ensure that they are adequately prepared for the tour (including any tour guides),

?Oversee operations- bus dispatch, note arrival time of buses, maintain communication with ship staff and ensure a smooth and efficient dispatch.

?Assist with staff hiring.

?Ensure all staff hours are reported in a timely manner.

ABOUT YOU

• Able to work flexible schedule (work shifts, cruise ship schedules) •Saturday, and Sunday a must. Midweek hours available as needed.
• Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multitask in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• English speaking mandatory and other languages advantageous.
