Job #4637 –Incredible opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a very successful organization on a full-time basis! Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in accounting to help them continue to grow and implement strategic improvements. • Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls
• Manage, guide and cross-train a small finance team
• Liaise with partners and senior management to develop financial strategies
• Complete financial data analysis and provide recommendations
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize efficiencies and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications

Mandatory:

The main qualifications for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• 8+ years’ experience in a finance role
• Previous full cycle accounting and supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Definite Assets:

• Bilingual
• Previous work in a professional services organization

Compensation, Perks & Opportunities:

• $90,000 – $115,000 annual salary
