Our Toronto-based Insurance client, is hiring a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager for their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand departmental needs.
- Manage all external agencies, including negotiation of contracts.
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Create job descriptions for new positions.
- Utilize diverse channels to attract talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate prescreens to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Streamline recruitment processes for a seamless candidate experience.
- Implement data-driven approaches for continuous improvement.
- Participate in industry events and networking to enhance the client's visibility.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on professional services roles.
- 2 years leadership experience.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
- Experience working and managing external recruitment agencies.
- Ability to align recruitment efforts with the client's long-term business goals.
