Canadian Executive Search Group is looking to hire Paint Line & Assembly Operators for
a Automotive Manufacturing Facility in Chatham, Ontario
Role: Paint/Assembly Line Operator – this is HEAVY, MANUAL LABOUR
Location: Chatham, Ontario
Start Date: A.S.A.P
Schedule: Paint Line Operator – Staggered Start Time Depending on Shipment/Production
Need’s 4:45 AM Monday – Friday
Assembly Line Operator – Rotational Day’s (7:00AM – 3:00PM) and Afternoons (3:00PM – 11:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.15 – $19.40 + Shift Premiums
Description
• Perform inspection of torsion bars on an assembly line.
• Discard unacceptable product.
• Follow all safety procedures relating to all job duties including and not limited to CCP
and report.
• Physical duties ranging from medium to heavy in demand.
• General housekeeping of work area.
• Other duties as required.
• Willingness and able to work a variety of different start time shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
• Hand requirements – high level of pinching and gripping with fingers.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to see and judge acceptable and unacceptable product.
Qualifications
• OSSD Graduate or Equivalent.
• Clean Criminal Background.
• Good Physical Stamina.
• Ability Lift up to 30+ Lbs. Repetitively.
• Availability to Work Day/Afternoon Shifts.
• Availability to Work Overtime.
• Must Wear Safety Boots/Shoes.
• Must Have Reliable Transportation.
