Job description

S3 Wireform, a division of S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our office in Swift Current, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.

Job Overview:

Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
Maintain customer current/obsolete specifications
Maintain accurate and timely hard copy and computer records
Prepare individual quotes for wireform product
Prepare blanket quotes for OEM manufacturers that purchase from S3 Wireform
Provide technical support to customers in the development of new products
Facilitate inspection and testing of customer-sent samples to ensure compliance of S3 Wireform specifications
Maintain accurate records of quoted pieces not yet assigned part numbers
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Customer Service
Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma
Possess valid Driver's License
Experience with Sales and Customer Service
Agricultural background is preferred
Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast paced environment
