1st Step Employment Services Inc. provides pre-employment training and job placement support for students looking to start a career within the oil and gas sector. Our 6 day program consists of direct access to multiple industry employers, who are looking to hire our students.

• 5 nights double occupancy hotel accommodations

• First Aid & CPR training
• CSTS-09 training
• Fall protection training
• Interview skills training course
• Job search skills training course
• Confined Space Entry & Rescue
• 1 on 1 - Mock Interview
• Professional resume service / Resume workshop
