Job description


Bright Benefits is an HSA Administrator for the small businesses in Saskatchewan, We are currently looking for an energetic bookkeeper to join our business.

You will be performing the following task;

Perform accounts payable and receivable functions such as processing payments, invoicing, deposits, etc.
Prepare and maintain payroll and related government remittances/filings.
Maintain, monitor, and reconcile GL accounts including cash, bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accrued liabilities, and intercompany.
Examine payments received and deposits made by employers and clients.
Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and following bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Fill and submit T4s, T5s, and workers compensation return yearly.
Work collaboratively, develop and maintain relationships with external accountants (CPA) and team members.
Prepare financials and other management reports and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
