Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Inside Sales Representative role include:
- Taking and following up orders
- Soliciting old customers, improving corporate customer retention
- Answering product questions by phone and e-mail
- Quoting, invoicing
Qualifications
To work as an Inside Sales Representative you must have:
- Between 1 and 3 years' experience as an Inside Sales Representative
- Solid experience/knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken (vast majority of customers in Western Canada and USA)
- Facility with Microsoft
- Knowledge of CRM and SAP software would be considered a strong asset
- Telephone skills, proactive personality and resourcefulness
