Roles and Responsibilities
· Making travel requests and preparing expense reports using their travel system.
· Organize meetings and/or events.
· Organize and track support materials, prepare and distribute agendas, book, and confirm room availability, and set up and arrange hospitality and equipment requirements.
· Attend meetings, take, and transcribe the minutes, note actions, circulate minutes for comments and approval, and track follow-up actions and commitments.
· Scheduling meetings, collaborating with external or internal administrative colleagues to manage scheduling conflicts as needed.
