Job description
Burger Factory is looking to hire 2 Butchers to join our staff as quickly as possible!
As a butcher, you would have to perform the following duties:
- Cut and trim meat and poultry for self-service counters or on customer’s demand
- Supervise other butchers if necessary.
- Shape, lace and roast poultry.
- Wrap or package fresh or frozen meats.
- Ensure food storage is appropriate.
- Keep all records of sales and determine the cost, product line and freshness of product as per company and customer requirement.
- Manage Inventory
Requirements for the position:
- No education required.
- On the job training will be provided
Job Terms:
- Wage – $21.00 per hour
- Hours – 40 hours per week; Full time, permanent position
