The job
Tasks and responsabilities
Manage accounts payable such as supplier invoices, expense accounts, purchase orders, and payments;
Manage invoicing and communication with the client;
Manage accounts receivable collection process;
Perform payroll;
Perform bank reconciliation and match with bank statements;
Prepare year-end government statements;
Perform any other related tasks.
Your profile
Required Qualifications
Accounting and management techniques;
10 years of experience in a similar position;
Mastery of Zoho software (an asset);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel;
Good knowledge of French and English (an asset).
Required Skills and Abilities
Be conscientious and organized;
Be autonomous and prioritize teamwork;
Enjoy taking on challenges;
Have good communication skills.
