Job description
Botsford Associates is looking to add dedicated Project Managers with exceptional wealth management experience to join our team and contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives with our top banking clients. The programs will range from business sided regulatory initiatives to
international business transformation programs. This person will be instrumental in building relationships with Sr. level stakeholders, Liaison between business and technology, and come with a full understanding of Wealth Management industry products and processes that will allow them to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage end-to-end wealth management projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business
stakeholders, technology, and operations, to define project goals and objectives.
Requirements Management:
Gather, document, and manage project requirements in collaboration with business partners.
Conduct thorough analysis to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and develop effective mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at various levels.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality wealth management solutions. Conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables to meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Wealth Management experience
5+ years of experience as a PM or PM/BA
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards in wealth management.
Ability to over see and drive several initiatives
Solid understanding of technology architecture and how it supports the business
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with investment management systems and trading platforms (Ex. Charles River)
Fluency in Spanish
