Our sales team is currently searching for a highly motivated Sales Representative who is driven by results! The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of how to close deals, and an unwavering desire to exceed their targets. Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Utilize various channels, including face-to-face meetings, promotional events, referrals, and online platforms to identify and prospect potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients at all levels
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Open full-time availability is a must, we work 40-45 hours per week
- Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is an asset
