Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Compensation: $39.30/hour (Increases to $43.67/hour after probation) + benefits
About the Company:
Our client is the worlds’ leading manufacturer of stone wool insulation products. They service a variety of clients in the construction industry all across North America. They are currently in a state of rapid expansion and are seeking to a Licensed Electrician to their dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential electrical support to the production line
- Respond promptly to production staff requests, troubleshooting and providing solutions
- Engage in preventative and predictive maintenance
- Interpret and work from drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications for industrial electrical equipment installations
- Install, examine, replace, and repair electrical components, wiring, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various electrical control systems and related devices
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Must possess a valid industrial electrician license (442A)
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of valid industrial experience and/or completed an Apprenticeship program in Canada
- Exhibit proficiency in installation and programming, particularly in areas such as VFD drives, servo drives, PLC controlled automation, motor control circuits, and industrial instrumentation
- Work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
