About Us


The Mission of the Procurement Services team is to facilitate the best-value procurement of goods and services for Western departments through the use of strong procurement skill sets, solid win-win supplier negotiations, exemplary customer service and exceptional knowledge of procurement standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities


The Procurement Services Administrator provides support for the corporate and travel card programs, and travel vendor management and booking tools, as it supports and guides the campus community on appropriate policies and process. The Procurement Services Administrator will manage the software and tools for the corporate card and travel programs and provides related administrative support. The audit component of this role is crucial in promoting the effective stewardship of funds as outlined in the Financial Services mission statement. The Procurement Services Administrator will also support Procurement Managers in providing detailed reports and analytics on the different commodities to which they are assigned.
