Job description
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Perm Sales Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario
This person will be a critical point of contact for our sales team in Canada and the USA, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of all our sales processes.
This role will be a hybrid work arrangement (minimum of 3 days in-office in Toronto with some remote) with a focus on effective coordination between internal and external stakeholders, supporting the full technical sales cycle and utilization of HubSpot CRM.
In this role you will be tasked to:
- Monitor and coordinate the sales pipeline via Hubspot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date system data
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and other internal departments to facilitate a smooth quote and proposal process.
- Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle from industry research, lead generation, business development and account/relationship management
- Collaborate with customers to offer initial pricing and support if needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Plan, coordinate and organize conferences and other customer facing events
- Work closely with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by building & maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this position, you have:
- A degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a technical sales support capacity
- A proven track record of fostering and nurturing solid customer relationships
- Good business writing and presentation skills
- Strong empathy with proven ability to listen to customer problems as well as identify, prioritize, and address their needs.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and achieving short and long-term goals
- Experience using HubSpot is essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel locally and, on occasion, internationally (approximately 10 days per year)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Bilingual in French, while not necessary, is a nice to have
